The best way to get your foot in the door is to find something in their profile to start a conversation about. Ask them an open-ended question so they start talking about that and themselves. Say they list Adele as one of the musicians they like. You could say something like, "What do you think of Adele's new album (whatever)? I think her best effort on it was (whatever song) because. What is your opinion?"
Just an example. I mean at least it shows you read her profile AND it is a conversation starter.
True story, I had 8775 must love cats 8776 in my profile because I have two, and they are my life (as most pet owners will say). The amount of guys that messaged me saying 8775 I hate cats, but 8776 or 8775 I 8767 m deathly allergic, but 8776 Like, do you think I 8767 m going to give up my two companions that I 8767 ve had for 65 years for a guy that randomly messages me? No thx.
Ooh! Is this the right thread to brag about the job application I received that included shirtless selfies and a mention 8775 no children 8776 ?
Once you realize the rest of the world is also having these issues, it somehow becomes much easier to bear. Reminds me of that line from The Police 8767 s 8775 Message in a Bottle 8776 :
Well there’s a perennial question if there ever was one. How do you know if a guy likes you? I mean, yeah, he does like you, as in he clearly wouldn’t let you get run over by a bus. But does he like like you? As in smooches and snuggles?
there's nothing objective about the issues facing women vs men.
today you can filter rude messages, so women don't actually need to look at the "creepy" ones.
- if you look misreable, guys will think you are.
7) See #6
8) Post a few photos, not just one.
- I want to see what you REALLY look like.
- Your photos should be CURRENT.
- Post one of your full body (not a sexy shot, but one that says "this is me, i'm not trying to hide")
- Post one of you doing something you love.
For me to even attempt to have my male mind understand what a woman really wants and put into text would be a disservice to us 'll just say I truly believe every woman is entirely unique (aka the diamond) beautiful, and flawed in their own way.
